19. Service of notices, etc.
(1)All notices, orders and other documents required to be served upon in case of an individual, shall be deemed to be duly served if sent to his known address by registered post or tendered to the person or his agent. In cases, where the notice is required to be served upon a company, firm, public body, corporation or society, it shall be deemed to be duly served, if it is sent or tendered at the registered or principal office of the company, firm, public body, corporation or society, as the case may be.(2)If such notice cannot be served upon or is received back undelivered, it shall be affixed at a conspicuous place at the last known address of the person to whom it is concerned or at the registered/principal office of the company firm, public body, corporation or society, as the case may be.
