Section 6(3) in The Orissa Kendu Leaves (Control of Trade) Rules, 1962
(3)[ A registered grower who wishes to transport his leaves outside the unit in which he is registered for sale to an additional agent, if any, of the said unit appointed under the proviso to Section 8 (1) shall on application be granted a transport permit in form D, by the Divisional Forest Officer for the purpose of transporting the leaves to the depot of the additional agent.] [Added by O.
