Section 22(1) in The Bar Council of Rajasthan Election Rules, 1968
(1)Voter who has received a voting paper under Rule 21 shall retire to a place screened from outside view and mark his preference in the manner prescribed. The voter shall then put it in a sealed box kept for the purpose.
