Learned counsel for the parties submit that it will be in the interest of justice in case record of the learned Trial Court is called before the petition is heard.
As prayed for, list for consideration on 14th July, 2022. For the said date, record of the learned Trial Court be called for. In the meanwhile, reply to the miscellaneous application be filed.
Keeping in view the fact that the record stands requisitioned by the Court for the next date of hearing, learned Trial Court is requested not to hear the matter any further till the decision of present proceedings.
