Section 30(c) in Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition and Control) Act, 2014
(c)detain, search and arrest any person whom he has reason to believe to have committed an offence under this Act relating to liquor, material, utensil, Prevention, detection, investigation and trial of offences and procedure implement or apparatus;
