Section 22 in Tamil Nadu National Law School Act, 2012
22. Powers of General Council.
- The General Council shall have the following powers, namely : -(a)to review from time to time the broad policies and programme of the School and suggest measures for the improvement and development of the School;(b)to consider and pass the resolution on the annual report, financial estimates and the audit reports on such accounts; and(c)to perform such other functions as it may deem necessary for the efficient functioning and administration of the School.
