Section 29 in The Bombay Weights and Measures Act, 1932
29. Validity weights and measures, etc., duly stamped.
- A weight or measure duly stamped by an inspector under this Act shall be a legal weight or measure in all places in which this part has come into force, unless false or defective, and shall not be liable to be re-stamped because used in any place other than that in which it was originally stamped.
