(2)The [State] [Substituted by A.L.O. for the words 'His Majesty' .] Government may, by notification and publication in such other manner as it may deem fit, prohibit, subject to Rules made in the behalf, the sale of any petroleum except with an admixture in the prescribed manner of power alcohol supplied by the State Government.
