Section 48(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)Every open space provided either interior or exterior in respect of any building shall be kept free from any erection thereon and shall be open to the sky and no cornice, roof, or weather shade of more than 0.6 metre in width shall overhang or project over such open space.
