Section 92(2) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(2)The Governors [***] [Omitted by S.R.O. 17-E, dated 5th July, 1967] within their jurisdiction shall also be received on board Indian Naval Ships or establishments with the same honours and marks of respect due to the President except piping and gun salute, with the following reservations:(a)The abbreviated version of the National Anthem shall be played.(b)The strength of Guard on shore shall be 50 rank and file.
