16. Application, grant of, and duration of, permit.
- Every application for grant of permit to transport Neera shall be made in Form -V and the Deputy Commissioner / Assistant Commissioner shall issue the permit in Form -VI. The validity of the permit shall be for a maximum period of ninety days.
