Section 22 in Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act, 1989
22. Exemption from tax.
- Subject to any rules made in this behalf, the Government may, by order, exempt in whole or in part from the payment of any tax imposed under this Act, any person or class of persons or property or description of property.
