79. Power of Government exempt intoxicants from provisions of Act.
- The Government may, by notification, either wholly or parti211y, and subject to such condition, if any, The as it may think fit to impose, exempt any intoxicant from all or any of the provisions of this Act, either throughout Sikkim or in any specified local area, or for any specified period or occasion or as regards any specified class of persons.
