(5)The Corporator concerned shall not be entitled to cast his/her vote on the question referred to in Sub-section (3) and the Mayor or Chairman concerned shall not be entitled to cast his/her vote on the motion referred to in Sub-section (4).Explanation. - In this Section "Mayor" includes a Deputy Mayor and the Corporator presiding for the occasion and "Chairman" includes a member presiding for the occasion at a meeting of a Committee.
