(2)Save as otherwise provided in Sub-clause (1) above, no Miller, [* * *] [Deleted by Notification No. 37243 dated 5.12.1988 published in Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No.1788 dated 24.12.1988.] shall transport paddy for sale from his premises except in accordance with the [permit in relevant Form] [Substituted by SRO No. 803/83 - dated 16.11.1983 published in the Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1512 - dated 17.11.1983.] issued by the Collector or any officer authorised in this behalf by the Collector or the Director.
