Section 11(d) in The U.P. Industrial Development Authorities Centralized Service Rules, 2018
(d)the Government may, by a general or special order relax the maximum age limit prescribed in this rule in favour of any candidate or class of candidates, if it considers it necessary in the interest of fair dealing or in public interest.
