Section 36(b) in The Building Regulation in Respect of Lands Covered by the Calcutta Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Act, 1981
(b)No such building or permanent structure exceeding 6.50 m. but not exceeding 9.5 m. in height with stair-cover not exceeding 2.4 m. in height shall be constructed on such a street or passage which is less than 5 metres in width :
