Section 70 in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Act, 1949
70. Employment of existing teachers deemed to be made under Act.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, all teachers and other staff employed immediately before the coming into force of this section in the colleges and institutions transferred to the University under Section 69 shall hold employment in the University on the same tenures and on the same terms and conditions and with same rights and privileges as they would have enjoyed if this Act had not been passed.
