1. Heard Mr. Satish Maneshinde, learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Wesley Menezes, learned Counsel for the Original Petitioner.

2. Mr. Satish Maneshinde, learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant, submits that as per earlier order passed by this Court on 14.10.2020, the Applicant did not receive the copy of entire Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2 2/2 16-iast-3017-20 in crwpst-2503-20 aw. 2503-20.odt papers of the Criminal Writ Petition fled before this Court.

3. Mr. Wesley Menezes, learned Counsel for the original Petitioner, undertakes that he will provide the copy of entire papers fled before this Court to the Advocate for the Applicant within one week from today. The statement is accepted.

4. By consent of both parties, we pass the following order.

a. Both matters to appear on board on 4.12.2020. b. Liberty is granted to the Applicant to fle additional afdavit, if any, with copy to other side on or before 23.11.2020.

c. The ad-interim relief granted earlier by order dated 30.9.2020 to continue till the next date. d. This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary of this Court. All concerned will act on a digitally signed copy of this order.
