Section 23A(11) in Himachal Pradesh University Act, 1970

(11)In case where students who have obtained degrees or diplomas of the University are found guilty under this Statute, appropriate action will be taken under Section 44 of the Himachal Pradesh University Act, 1970 for withdrawal of degrees or diplomas conferred by the University.
