Heard Sri Binod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as Dr. Kamaldeo Sharma, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of complainant / opposite party no. 2.

After hearing the parties, the court is of the opinion that this is not the stage to interfere with the order of cognizance. If so advised, petitioners may raise all the points which has been raised in the present petition at appropriate stage.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points at appropriate stage.
