(5)On the vesting of the management of the undertakings of the Company in a Government company or in the Custodian, the provisions of sub-sections (1) to (4) shall apply to, or in realation to, the Government company or the Custodian, as the case may be, as they apply to, or in relation to, the State Government, subject to the modification that the references to the State Government shall be construed as references to the Government company or the Custodian, as the case may be.
