97. Council's message regarding Bills other than Money Bills.
- If a Bill other than a Money Bill passed by the House and transmitted to the Council is passed by the Council without amendment, the message received from the Council to that effect shall be reported by the Secretary-General to the House if in session or published in the Bulletin for the information of the members if the House is not in session.Bills Other than Money Bills Returned by the Council
