Section 28(1) in Arunachal Pradesh State Road (Regulation and Development) Act, 2015
(1)If any person has erected, re-erected, added or altered any building on any land which is required for the purpose of State road without prior authorization then any appreciation in the utility of the land from such erection, re-erection, addition or alteration shall not be taken into account in determining the amount of compensation under section 20.
