Section 23(2) in The M.P. Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973
(2)Members of the Executive Council other than ex-officio members shall hold office for a period of three years :Provided that a member of the Executive Council elected under item (iii) of sub-section (1) shall cease to hold office as such member if he ceases to be a member of the Court.
