Considering the nature of the dispute between the parties, the parties are referred to mediation.

Hence, the matter is referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The parties shall appear either physically or through Video Conferencing on 02nd August, 2023 at 03:00 p.m. Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Nisha Khulbey Date: 2023.07.28 17:01:51 IST Reason: The co-ordinator of the Mediation Centre shall share the link of the video conference with both the parties in advance if the mode of video conferencing is adopted. The learned counsel for the 2 parties to co-ordinate with the Supreme Court Mediation Centre in this regard. The co-ordinator may refer the matter to an appropriate mediator. The mediator may also explore the possibility of interacting with the children since custody/ visitation right is in issue.
