25.
Whenever, there is any likelihood or breach of peace or whenever any person accused of any offence involving breach of peace, or of abetting the same or any person accused of committing criminal intimidation is convicted of such offence by any Court of the District Council and such Court is of opinion that it is necessary to require such person to execute a bond for keeping the peace, the matter shall be referred to the Deputy Commissioner who shall take necessary action in accordance with law.
