HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR VYAS Order 15/03/2021 Vide order dated 2.3.2020 passed by this Court, a Committee was constituted to visit all 107 schools originally inspected by the students of National Law University and give status report with regard to the present status of those schools.
Mr. Dev Kumar Khatri, Secretary, Rajasthan High Court Legal Aid Committee, present in person, submits that on account of COVID-19 situation, the inspection of the schools could not be carried out.
Learned AAG submits that all the schools are likely to open in the month of July, 2021 and therefore, the committee may be directed to do the needful latest by 31.8.2021.
Accordingly, it is directed that the Committee constituted by this Court shall carry out the inspection of all the schools and submit the status report before this Court on or before 31.8.2021. (Downloaded on 15/03/2021 at 08:45:10 PM)
