Section 61(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(1)Any persons aggrieved by any order or direction of a Panchayat made or issued under this Act or under any rule or bye-law made thereunder may appeal from such order or direction to the Panchayat Samiti having jurisdiction within thirty days from the date of such order or direction exclusive of the time requisite for obtaining a copy thereof.
