Section 17(1) in Gujarat Metropolitan Planning Committees Rules, 2016
(1)Every nomination paper presented under Rule 16 shall be in Form IIA.Provided that incomplete or defective nomination paper or incomplete declaration in a nomination paper shall he deemed to be a defect of substantial character.
