11. Lighting.
(1)In every industrial premises where employees are working or passing, there shall be provided and maintained sufficient and suitable lighting, natural or artificial or both.(2)In every industrial premises, all glazed windows and sky-lights used for the lighting of any work room shall be kept clean on both the inner and outer surface.
