Shri Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has verified the factum of death of Ramesh Kumar Rawat, S/o N.R. Rawat. The appellant has expired on 30.12.2017 at Lalitpur, U.P. Shri Dubey, Adv. furnishes photocopy of death certificate verified by Naib Mohoreer, Nagar Panchyat, Mehroni.
Therefore Registry of this court is directed to make an appropriate note against name of the appellant.
Heard on I.A. No.16180/2019, an application under Section 394 of Cr.P.C. and I.A. No.16181/2019 an application for condonation of delay.
Both aforesaid applications are allowed. Let necessary amendment be carried out within seven working days. Let Vakalatanama on behalf of L.Rs. of appellant be filed. Registry is directed to reflect the name of Shri Pankaj Dubey as counsel for the respondent.
Shri Dubey may file his Vakalatanama if not already filed. List after four weeks for final hearing.
