Section 43(1) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)The Board may as soon as may be after the coming into force of these rules constitute a fund by name "The Rajasthan Building and other Construction Workers Welfare Fund" in accordance with the provision of the Act and these rules.
