(3)A member of the General Council shall cease to be a member, if he resigns or becomes of unsound mind, or becomes insolvent or is convicted of a criminal offence involving moral turpitude or if a member, other than the Director General and the Executive Director, accepts a full time appointment in the Sansthan or if he fails to attend two consecutive meetings of the General Council without the leave of the Chairman.
