(1). The petitioner is working as Sewadar in the Gurdwara Sahib Patshahi Navmi, Dhilwan, District Barwala. His services are alleged to have been terminated verbally by the second respondent w.e.f. 01.09.2011. The petitioner's grievance is that though he has worked for 6-7 years to the entire satisfaction of the Authorities yet his services have been dispensed with for no valid reason in a totally unlawful manner.

(2). The above-stated claim has been raised by the petitioner vide representation dated 04.12.2011 (Annexure P6) addressed to the Secretary of the Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC), Amritsar.

(3). In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the Secretary, SGPC to consider the above-stated representation-cum-appeal (Annexure P6) preferred by the petitioner and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
