Section 22(1) in The Shree Karveer Niwasini Mahalaxmi (Ambabai) Mandir (Kolhapur) Act, 2018
(1)The Executive Officer shall, subject to the superintendence, direction and control of the Committee, have power to carry out its decisions and orders in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder.
