Section 2(j) in The Town Panchayats, Municipalities and Municipal Corporations (Collection of Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments) Rules, 1999
(j)"municipal office" means the office of municipal corporation or a municipality or a town Panchayat including its zonal or ward offices;
