Section 150(1) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
(1)No society shall open a branch or a place of business outside the State of Rajasthan, and no co-operative society registered under any law in any other State shall open a branch or place of business in the State of Rajasthan, without the permission of the Registrar.
