45. Quality of Work.
- All electrical installation works carried out by a Licensed Electrical Contractor shall conform to the various provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010 made thereunder and any specifications or instructions issued by the Secretary from time to time. The Contractor and Supervisor/ Wiremen shall be held responsible as the case may be, for the quality of work and the materials used therein.
