6 24-07-2015I.A.No. 5848 of 2015 in CWJC No. 7115 of 2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has Patna High Court CWJC No.4878 of 2015 (6) dt.24-07-2015 4 now received a demand notice to deposit the differential amount which has now become due by 27th July, 2015.
As directed in the case of other petitioners on 29.6.2015, the petitioner is permitted to deposit 75% of the differential amount by the said date.
