Section 38(1) in Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Act, 1965
(1)Every affiliated college, recognised institution and approved institution shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Syndicate, after consulting the Academic Council, may require to enable it to judge the efficiency of the college or institution.
