Section 9(2)(a) in The Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University Act, 2010

(a)The Vice-Chancellor shall hold office for a term of four years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier, and shall be eligible for reappointment for another term of four years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier, following the provisions of sub-section (1).
