Section 14(1) in The M.P. Ayurvedic, Unani Tatha Prakritik Chikitsa Vyavasayi Rules, 1973
(1)Where the counting of votes has been completed, the Returning Officer shall forthwith declare the candidate to whom the largest number of votes has been given to be elected.
