Section 6(1) in The M.P. Janapada Panchayat Members (Travelling and other Allowances) Rules, 1995
(1)When a vehicle is provided to President, Vice-President and any member of Panchayat, the monthly ceiling on consumption of petrol/diesel and the ceiling of maintenance of such vehicle shall be governed by the instructions issued by the Panchayat and Rural Development Department from time to time.
