Section 1 in Himalayan Garhwal University Act, 2016
1. Short title and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the "Himalayan Garhwal University" Act, 2016.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the date, the notification is issued by the State Government in the Official Gazette.
