Section 18(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 2018
(1)The following shall be the authorities for the purposes of this Act, namely :-(a)the Initiating Officer ;(b)the Approving Authority ;(c)the Administrator ; and(d)the Adjudicating Authority.
