(2)In case of any deviation or shortfall in compliance to these regulations, the entity shall be given time limit by the Board for rectification of such deviation, shortfall, default and in case of non-compliance within such time limit, the entity shall be liable for any penal action under the provisions of the Act or termination of operation.
