Section 53(2)(a) in Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993

(a)Application for the renewal of permit countersignature shall be made in Form P.R.A. and addressed to the Secretary of the State Transport Authority by which the permit was issued/countersigned not less that fifteen days before the expiry of the permit and shall be accompanied by the permit.
