Section 4(2) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(2)The University shall endeavour to promote the use of Marathi as the medium of instruction and examination:Provided that, English may be the medium of instruction and examination in such subjects, and for such period or periods, as may from time to time, be prescribed.
