Section 4(2) in The West Bengal Law Clerks Act, 1997
(2)The State Council shall constitute the following committees:-(a)one Executive Committee consisting of seven members to be elected by the members of the State Council from amongst themselves;(b)one Enrolment Committee consisting of five members of whom four shall be elected by the members of the State Council from amongst themselves and the other shall be an advocate elected by the members of the State Council;(c)one or more Disciplinary Committee, each consisting of three members, of whom two shall be elected by the members of the State Council from amongst themselves and the other shall be an advocate elected by the members of the State Council.
